SAMPADA 2.0 is a pioneering digital initiative by the Government of Madhya Pradesh that has fundamentally re-engineered the state’s property registration and e-stamping processes through a fully automated, paperless, and faceless system. Through 100% automation and deep integration with over 20 government systems, it replaces manual, paper-based workflows with a paperless, faceless, and remote registration model. Leveraging Aadhaar-based e-KYC, digital signatures, and remote registration, it enables citizens to complete transactions without visiting government offices. It ensures real-time service delivery across all 55 districts, enhances transparency, and eliminates impersonation. The re-engineering has reduced service time by 90%, significantly cut operational costs, and contributes ₹10,000 crore annually to state revenue—making it a cornerstone of "Ease of Living" and "Ease of Doing Business" in Madhya Pradesh.
