During the 2024 Maharashtra Assembly elections, a large-scale awareness campaign was carried out across the district, Palghar under the SWEEP department with motive of creating awareness among the voters. As a part of this, on Monday, November 18, 2024, a map of Maharashtra measuring 180 by 156 i.e. 28080 square feet was drawn on the ground of Aryan School, Palghar and rangoli was filled in it. Fifteen hundred students from three schools namely M.N.Dandekar High School Palghar, Aryan English Medium School Palghar and Madhyamik Vidyalaya Bhagini Samaj Palghar were given an oath with the help of human rangoli. This Program was initiated by Mrs.Vijaya Jadhav, Deputy District Collector (Rohyo) Palghar and SWEEP Nodal Officer and the program was carried out under the guidance of Mr. Govind Bodke, District Collector Palghar.

 Today, it was announced at the District Collector's Office that the map of Maharashtra, its size and human rangoli have been recorded in World Record India and the certificate of recording the record was handed over to District Collector Shri. Govind Bodke. On this occasion, World Record India President Shri. Pawan Solanki was present. District Collector Shri. Govind Bodke said that this record achieved while creating awareness about voting through Maharangoli is a matter of Pleasure for Palghar district. Shri. Pawan Solanki said that this is the first time that he has seen such a record in a rural area like Palghar and congratulated her, Mrs.Vijaya Jadhav has not only fulfilled the responsibility given by the government by increasing the voting percentage, but this record has also been recorded along with this work. Therefore, he expressed the feeling that this moment will always be remembered.

 For this initiative, the joint contribution of Mrs. Vijaya Jadhav, Deputy Collector and SWEEP Nodal Officer, President of We Teachers Sushil Shejule and Art Teachers Praveen Avtar, Dnyaneshwar Mali, Bhaskar Khedkar, Pritam Gharat, Sitaram Prabhu, Ujwal Pargaonkar has made this initiative a record in World Record India. For this, the cooperation of Mrs. Prital Raut and Mr. Manoj Bhadane employees of Egs Department as well as M.N. Dandekar High School Palghar, Aryan English Medium School Palghar and Madhyamik Vidyalaya Bhagini Samaj and their principals was important.

विधानसभा 2024 मध्ये पार पडलेल्या निवडणुकीदरम्यान मतदारांमध्ये जनजागृती करण्याच्या उद्देशाने स्वीप विभागाच्या अंतर्गत जिल्हाभर विविध उपक्रमांच्या माध्यमातून मोठ्या प्रमाणात जनजागृती करण्यात आली होती. याचाच एक भाग म्हणजे सोमवार दिनांक 18 नोव्हेंबर 2024 रोजी आर्यन शाळेच्या मैदानावर 180 बाय 156 म्हणजे 28 हजार 80 चौरस फूट आकाराचा महाराष्ट्राचा नकाशा तयार करून त्यात रांगोळी भरून म.नि. दांडेकर हायस्कूल पालघर, आर्यन इंग्लिश मीडियम स्कूल पालघर व माध्यमिक विद्यालय भगिनी समाज पालघर या तीन शाळांमधील पंधराशे विद्यार्थ्यांनी मानवी रांगोळीच्या मदतीने महाराष्ट्राचा नकाशा तयार करण्यात आला होता व विद्यार्थ्यांना  शपथ देण्यात आली होती. हा उपक्रम श्रीमती विजया जाधव, उपजिल्हाधिकारी (रोहयो) पालघर तथा स्वीप नोडल अधिकारी यांच्या संकल्पनेतून व श्री. गोविंद बोडके, जिल्हाधिकारी पालघर,  श्री. रवींद्र हजारे, उपजिल्हाधिकारी व उपजिल्हानिवडणूक अधिकारी पालघर, यांच्या सूचनेनुसार व मार्गदर्शनाखाली सदर कार्यक्रम पार पडला होता.

जिल्हाधिकारी कार्यालयात आज वर्ल्ड रेकॉर्ड इंडियाच्या माध्यमातून सदर महाराष्ट्राचा नकाशा, त्याचा आकार व मानवी रांगोळी हा विक्रम झाल्याची घोषणा करण्यात आली व सदर विक्रमासंदर्भातील नोंद झाल्याचे प्रमाणपत्र जिल्हाधिकारी श्री.गोविंद बोडके यांच्याकडे सुपूर्त करण्यात आले. यावेळी वर्ल्ड रेकॉर्ड इंडियाचे अध्यक्ष श्री.पवन सोलंकी उपस्थित होते. महारांगोळीच्या माध्यमातून मतदान जनजागृती करतांना झालेला हा विक्रम पालघर जिल्ह्यासाठी आनंदाची बाब असल्याचे जिल्हाधिकारी गोविंद बोडके यांनी सांगितले. श्री.पवन सोळंकी यांनी पालघरसारख्या ग्रामीण भागात अशा प्रकारचा विक्रम होतांना मी प्रथमच पाहत असल्याचे  सांगितले व अभिनंदन केले. श्रीमती विजय जाधव यांनी शासनाने दिलेली जबाबदारी मतदानाची टक्केवारी वाढवून पार पाडलेली आहेच परंतु या कामासोबतच हा विक्रम सुद्धा नोंदवला गेलेला आहे त्यामुळे ही घटना कायम स्मरणात राहणार असल्याची भावना व्यक्त केली.

या उपक्रमासाठी समन्वयकाची भूमिका पार पडणारे आम्ही शिक्षकचे अध्यक्ष सुशिल शेजुळे व यासाठी योगदान देणारे कलाशिक्षक प्रवीण अवतार, ज्ञानेश्वर माळी, भास्कर खेडकर, प्रितम घरत, सिताराम प्रभू, उज्वल पारगावकर या कला शिक्षकांनी दिलेल्या योगदानामुळे या उपक्रमाच्या विक्रमाची नोंद वर्ल्ड रेकॉर्ड इंडिया मध्ये नोंद करण्यात आली आहे. यासाठी रोहयो मधील कर्मचारी वर्ग तसेच  म.नि. दांडेकर हायस्कूल पालघर, आर्यन इंग्लिश मीडियम स्कूल पालघर व माध्यमिक विद्यालय भगिनी समाज या शाळा व त्यांचे मुख्याध्यापक यांचे सहकार्य महत्वाचे ठरले.
