To have efficient Governance in the Issuing of E-Khata (Electronic Property Document) to Public, an new initiative was carried out in the in a phased manner across the district of the Vijayanagara. People were facing many challenges in getting their property Document - by the menace of Corruption and Middle men culture. Hence it was directed to issue e-Khata to Property owners automatically upon receival of Property taxes for the Current Year. The Generated E-Khata's were delivered to the public by various modes such as "BY POST, IN-PERSON and Handed Over in the Official Ceremonies". Widespread Awareness Was also created to make Public not to approach Middlemen and follow due procedure to get their E-Khata in time. This initiative is still carried out through out the district.
